Return Policy

At MixBox, your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t work out, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Return Period: You can return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, undergarments, swimwear, and customized products are final sale.

How to Return:

1. Email our returns department at returns@mixbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label via email.
3. Pack your items securely and attach the return label.
4. Drop the package off at your nearest postal service location.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. We encourage you to do this as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost to you.
